GuangZhou is the only place I have changed money in China..I have done in the Garden Hotel..You have to show them your passport and I think they make a copy..The will only change up to $200 USD..The Landmark Hotel does not want to exchange money..They tell you to go to the bank in the next building..There are 2 banks there...one ask you to fill out a form and look at your passport...but the other wants you to make a Xerox copy of your passport for them..I had no problem with either one..There are lady outside the street ask for changing money..but I never did it with them

What about the black market? There must be a bunch of black market moneychangers given the tight control that China has on its currency.

Better got a china ATM card else changing currency at Bank of China is a big hussle. I tried to change some foreign currency to RMB, long queeze and need to make photocopy of your passport and filling up forms at the bank...................... A bad experience at Shenxhen's NanSan during my last visit.

Where is the best place to relax and get a couple of nice pussies before the sun rises?
Budget is a wee problem but should be comfortable there.

Thanks. I have checked with the Canton Bank. They issue international VISA/Master and China Visa Card. They told me that their China Visa can withdraw cash at most ATM machines in China.

Big hotels, China Travel Service accept int. Visacards.
Local agencies, hotels, and shops accept "CHINA" Visacard ONLY!
Some even only cash in RMB!
