I just took my final written & practical for kinesiology and passed em both. 100% on the practical and so/so on the written. But I passed. I'm glad we get to show what we know both ways cause I am not so good with written questions. I second guess myself way too much. Anyway, now its just advanced massage techniques which should be lots of fun. No more eating, sleeping, dreaming O's & I's.

Congratulations!! I had a love/hate relationship with kines! I really did enjoy learning it, but those practicals.........yikes! We would draw a card when the instructor got to us, and on it would be the names of 4 muscles. Then we would name all O's and I's and name and demonstrate all movements. Pass or fail.....get it all right, or get it all wrong. I always passed, but I always stressed!!

I love knowing the info, and though I do not stay always brushed up on it, I at least know right where to look in my Trail Guide. I love that book, now that it's no pressure lol.

I totaly agree, love/hate! Our practical was 5 O/I, 5 restives, 5 inhibitions, soften postion, on the table stretches, do a posture assesment, and teach the client 5 ADL stretches. The whole thing takes about 30-45 minutes. And yes, we have to pass them all or retake. The retake is only on what you missed though. Its hard not to be stressed while doing it. I always lecture myself ahead on these things to just breath and engage the brain. This last one I finally felt a bit more in control. Good luck out there to all of you that have this coming up.

Woohoo is right. I am officially done with Kinesiology as well!!!!!
