Im in a muddle. I really want to start my own massage business from home. My kids leave their toys around which means i have to to do a mad rush and and make my house look in perfect order before a client comes over.
Just want to know whether other mums are working around their kids and succeding? My husband and i are seperated so this means the kids go to his house on the weekend, so i would do the massage on the weekends only. Would love to hear from you, thanks
 
Why not try weekends only, it will give you a chance to build client/therapist relationships which will make the transition to weekday work easier.

I wouldn't bother trying to make the house perfect, just maintain a tidy therapy/consultation area - I've been to therapists who had a 'busy' home environment but they still gave a wonderful treatment, in fact a small bit of domestic 'clutter' may even make your clients feel more 'at home and relaxed'
