I will say this, he looked absolutely besotted by Kate and I can't really blame him.

I felt bad for Harry having to ride with the kids on the way to the palace.

I just saw some of the pics of the arrivals on one of the tabloid websites...I have a feeling the hats, also called "fascinators" were some sort of tradition. I've never heard that term before but I bet the "rule" is for them to be as outrageous as possible......
