Where online to promote yourself

Been looking online at all the different places you can register your details as a therapist, so when the public search they get your details. Was wondering does anyone actually get clients through these sites, if so which ones do you use?

Hi. I am registered with Healthy Pages and also with Embody.com through the Complementary Therapists' Association and I've had quite a few calls from these sites.
