This topic has been through the ringer already quite thoroughly! (ya gotta do yer homework! ei: do a search...)

But I'll bite anyways. I view this forum as a place to share our experiences with local massage providers. I provides us consumers a way to get good VFM and it gives businesses a chance to defend themselves against complaints or improve service from learning from our complaints.

If you have a business your customers are going to talk about you- good or bad. There's nothing you can do about it so you try to "please all the people all the time" to quote P.J. Barnum. That, of course, is an impossibility that's why lots of businesses ask you to provide feedback so they can improve their service. That's what this forum provides. It's ridiculous to ask your customers NOT to tell anyone about you! You would soon not have a business! And if you provide excellence in your business people can't HELP but talk about you!

Well said, but on another way I see through many post where guy's like to clash with dick head to each other, and showing their macho side, instead focusing on all it what you said what is this forum about.
This forum is not gentleman club at all.

its an online forum - people love to be dickheads when they can hide behind the anonymity of a screen persona, you gotta have a thick skin sometimes (often).

I just learned of this place after being on CAF for a few years. Its pretty obvious why i'm here, and there, and the dudes i interact with seem have the same idea, so I don't understand why this is a question? Intel - we're trying to get help making good decisions and avoiding the bad, so we create a place to share. Simple.
