what areas do you all work in??

hi all im just interested to see thedifferrent areas some of us might work in.I have introduced myself before but i will again! Im Jane and i work in a Natural health Centre 2 days a week.I also work in 2 residential homes for ladies with mild to moderate learning disabilities and ialso work in a group home for guys with severe autism and challenging behaviour.I am currently looking intoworking in a womens refuge and also links with a factory and occy health.I enjoy how diverse my work can be and wondered if any one was working in an unusual place?

I currently just work on a mobile basis in South Yorkshire and the North Midlands. I am on the look out for renting a therapy room for one or two days a week. Anyone in this region who knows of anything please let me know.

Hiya all!

I work 1 day voluntary with a trust that specialises in palliative care. I usually treat 3 clients whilst there.

I also have my own private clients (ooh that sounds soooo goood!) in residential care (adults learning disabilities) that I see every other week.

Im in my final year of uni so this work load is just about right for the time being!!

Hi Guys,

we have just moved and im finding it a real bugger to get the work that i want.
But i was working with kids that truant from school/young adults living in support housing and caring for disabled.

All three jobs were very different roles. i loved them. No such luck here yet.....hey but im going off the subject!

i teach a weekly baby massage session through Sure Start - which is really starting to pick up now - and do some occasional voluntary work doing indian head massage

i'm currently training in aromatherapy and doing reiki and i work full time still, hence why no private clients at the mo - i've only got enough time for case studies ha ha!
