Ok, I know I may get knocked a little for posting this….but i don’t come onto this website all that often. It is fairly cumbersome to get used to. I have tried to look up my questions, but will admit I get frustrated and quit quickly. First of all, the ads that show up when looking through any forum or posts…is there any way to tailor it so that I only see ads from my area? I really only look at Edmonton forums, so it would make sense to be able to see local ads.

Also, the main search feature does not allow to be forum specific…again, I normally want only Edmonton information, but at times I will do a search and end up with Toronto threads etc.

I apologize as I am sure this has been posted and discussed before…but I’m just not seeing it.

This website is a bit of a dumpster fire to use on mobile. If you're only coming here once in a while I highly suggest you use a PC browser, and use an adblocker like UBlock Origin, you won't see any ads that way.

Also if you search using a browser while in the Edmonton section there will be a little dropdown menu and you can choose "This forum" to limit your search to just the Edmonton section:

No sure about the adds but you can certainly search by location. Just go into the Edmonton forum and click on search. Below you will see the option to search everywhere or in this forum only. If you click on "this forum" it will keep your search in Edmotnon forum.
