VTCT certificates

hi, have all you that have taken vtct courses and passed, received your certificates yet? if so when did you get them and what were they for? (if not too intrusive for replying)

VTCT are notorious for sending certificates up to 6 months after you have qualified - sometimes even longer

I finished my reflexology course in June and got my certificate last week. However this was much earlier than previous years. Last year I didn't get my massage and aromatherapy certificates until the end of November.

Hi, i too have finished my massage ,.in June..phone the college and ask them where your certificate is, sometimes they will expect you to get it but should post it to you by recorded delivery.Make sure that you get to speak to your tutor,or go in if you can.Helps to jog there memory.rayne.x.

Still waiting for my certificate too. Got a letter saying that my portfolio is ready for me to collect fromt he college and that my certificate will be by the end of September. It's now October and still no certificate!

Hi, I finished my Indian Head Massage in June and I'm still waiting!

Spoke to VTCT on Friday who advised that they are currently issuing certificates for info recieved by them from 1st August, so it depends when your college sends the info to them really.
The lady I spoke to at VTCT said that if the college ring them to provide more info (i.e. the form number your name is on and date it was sent), they should be able to provide an approximate date as to when the cert will be issued.

Hi,
I finished my course at the end of June for Beauty therapy level 2. I have just recieved my NVQ AND VTCT certificate at the beginning of October. The college did give me a letter confirming that i had passed the course for me to send to my insurance company which they accepted until i send them copies of my certificates. Therefore i have doing beauty treatments since July. I did have to ask the college for the letter.
