Well after you pass the double 5, things to tend to go downhill. Below are some things I actually found working well for me to keep equipment fully erect.
- Eat spinach and avocado. What I do is make myself toast with avocado, raw spinach and sprinkle with some salt and pepper. I like a bit of spice, so I add green or red chili peppers. Tastes good, and the effect (to my surprise) is very much noticeable.
- Go to the gym. I use Fit4Less, which is super cheap, no upselling of personal trainers or programs, and really has everything I need in a gym. I've been going 3 to 4 times per week since December of last year. It makes a big difference, specially in lowering blood pressure, which for me was an issue.
- Avoid too much alcohol. I cut back to having a beer Fridays and Saturdays only, none during the week.
- If you are using the blue pill, don't combine it with a sumptious fatty dinner before as it pretty much kills the whole purpose of that pill.
- Have sex, or in absence, enjoy a little "me" time.
- Don't fret about it if you've had problems rising to the occasion before. The brain is a funny thing, and very powerful. Once you start with anxiety, it's going to make it that much more difficult. Just don't take it too serious and enjoy the moment.
