Hello Aromatherapists!
My question is about how much my selection of oils should be varied when treating something specific.
In this instance I have a head cold - bunged up sinuses, etc.
I know that after about a week I should vary the oils I use to prevent toxicity etc, but in the shorter term, should I be using the same blend in order to give it chance to work?
So if I massage in a blend in the morning, should I use the same blend in the evening?
I use the same blend consistently with my 2 yr old's cold because I'm following a specific recipe for children, but for me there are so many options.
I'd be grateful to know your thoughts.
Thanks
