I just had to share what I thought was a really funny answer to a question that I threw out to my soon to be graduating class;
We were going over clinical approaches to massage and I decided to also use this as an opportunity to get the students(who are feeling sooo burnt out and exhausted) fired up take the National Cert.I asked them to locate the PSIS bilaterally and asked what difference could they expect to find between locating them on a male student vs. a female student???
No reply,,, I repeated the question and stressed again,, what differences, if any, could they expect to find when locating the PSIS on a male vs. a female..... and am looking out at all of the blank faces,,, and then tentatively I see a hand go up. One of my guys replies;;;;;
"More hair"..?????

Not completely wrong, is he?? Of course, the answer you are looking for is the PSIS will be slightly wider on the female, right?

That's a good one! Here's another from a friend of mine:

In A&P class, the professor was explaining how excess proteins may be eliminated in the urine, and that one of the telltale signs was an odor. Without thinking, my friend blurted out, "OH!! THAT is why my pee stinks whenever I eat tuna!"

The class nearly died laughing, and it has remained a running joke ever since.
