I've just made the decision to buy the Avila II. I've been spending the last two months marketing my business (not going well), just set up my first round of advertsing in a local family magazine, hoping to jumpstart my business. So, I was just given the opportunity to do chair massage at a local event in June, and need a chair. The only problem is, I did chair massage ONCE in school, graduated a year and a half ago, and I don't remember how to do it! I do have a chair massage routine that we did in class, but the flow will be rough for sure! The Avila comes with a video, but I don't know what is on that video. Is it chair massage instruction?
