I read somewhere that there where 34 licensed Body Rub Centers in Edmonton, probably old data. I would guess that some of those are AMP's and some are escort agencies. Do semi-legit's have to register with the City of Edmonton as a Body Rub Center?

What we consider semi-legit are businesses operating as RMT operations, not body rub shops.

I once asked Coco from YQ (though this was before YQ) if she was required a special license to work at a place like that and she indicated yes. She was not an RMT at the time. Not sure if she is now or not.

I suspect the answer is yes. Ask the city for the addresses for all of those licenses, (for research purposes of course) and check each and every one out! Maybe even get a federal grant for your research.

Quick count on fingers (and toes) I need to include the non FS places to get close to 34.
Just for fun, I count 18 I’d consider FS and 14 SL. Not claiming those numbers are complete accurate or anything.

I just me Coco last week, nice lady. I did some searching online, couldn't find a list in the city documentation. Probably would be advertising to some degree of it was posted. Probably would be a challenge to some of you guys, print it off and punch it like a subway card, lol.

What I do know, is there was 63 at one time, the Asians bought many of them leaving a hand full of White female-owned parlors, jailey is male owned. Under their licensing for adult or legit is no distinction. The RMT's wanted a separation years ago, of which I have no idea if the city did that or not.
