I'm doing aromatherapy taster sessions on Sunday at a hospice open day. I've been asked to do 15 minute sessions which isn't very long per treatment, especially if people want to ask questions afterwards.
I've done reflexology many times, but not aromatherapy. Would you recommend having some pre-blended 'safe' oil? And should I give people the option of having their backs, hands or feet massaged, for instance. Sara's doing reflexology, so don't want to tread on her (oops) toes!!
Any help much apprreciated.
