Table Cart

Help!....any suggestions regarding a Table Cart? I need to buy one and I am having a hard time choosing. 90% of my out calls are in homes where I am climbing at least 12 stairs,,,,,,I am killling myself! I need one that would be stable and easy to pull up stairs!

Table carts are great, but I myself have not found them useful for pulling a table up stairs. I have frequently just pulled *the table* up the stairs. Like set the table down and dragged it up. It's loud, but easier than other methods. t102

I got a table cart, then exchanged its wheels for larger wagon wheels. It is wonderful for going up stairs, now!! Big wheels are what you are looking for. The small wheels not only don't do stairs well (or at all, with some staircases), but they are not nearly as stable just rolling down a hallway. The whole thing tips easily with small wheels, but not at all with the larger ones.

I was looking for the biggest wheels. Here's an eBay item. I see a better one but can't get a brand name or seller. I'll keep looking. You need wheels big enough to roll up stairs with minimum effort.

Ooooh, I LIKE this one. A little pricey but by far the best design I have seen. Too bad it's discontinued.

Wow! Thank you for the suggestions! I too loved the expensive and discontinued "Traveler". I may try a luggage carrier first, since I can return it without penalty if it doesn't work, you know, return shipping costs. But with the price of gas these days :shock:

Anyway I so appreciate the feedback....It's wonderful to have a place to share ideas and help each other out!
