Ok, so I am overweight...but...even before I became overweight I was always sweating. Any heat above 70 seems to start the sweating when I add in some work. I have lost 35-ish pounds, so I'm working on the weight loss, but knowing how my body is, I will still be very sweaty. So, my question is what are some techniques I can use to help cut down on the sweating on the back primarily. The rest of my body seems to stay under control, but when we have our hands-on and I massage, I sweat. I am using a headband for my head, with another rag that I use to catch any extra...but my back is out of control.
Ultimately, it's more about me feeling bad about anyone that has to do their hands on on me. I wouldn't want to massage a sweaty back, and it's embarrassing to say something like "my back is sweaty, wipe it down with this"...and hand them a towel. I don't want to become the student no one wants to practice on : .
Anyway, if anyone has any suggestions to help me out, I would really appreciate it.
