Suspected Sex Crimes inside a Local Massage Parlor - 13abc Action News

TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) Toledo police raided Jasmine Relax Massage Parlor after conducting weeks of surveillance on the business. 36 year old Jiao He owns the massage business at 4209 Monroe street. Concerned residents tipped off police that the employees were giving more than just back rubs. In May TPD launched an investigation. They sent in undercover officers for 30-minute massages on numerous occasions. Court documents state the officer encountered Asian females. During one session the masseuse spent an "extended amount of time massaging the UC's buttocks and did cup his genitals with her hand" according to a court document. Another officer was allegedly offered a sex act for an extra $50.00. The owner is charged with two counts of soliciting, along with other sex crimes. A judge released Jiao He from jail on her own recognizance. Investigators say it's not the first time she's allegedly run an illegal business. Police say Jiao He was arrested in Burnsville, Minnesota for prostitution in 2014. Investigators received reports from the Burnsville Police Department that showed the owner was involved with massage parlors in Minnesota that were conduction illegal activity.
