having recently moved to London and Canada as well, I've realized the street scene is very different from some of the US cities I've lived in the past.
The street action is significantly minimal even in spring/summer is what i've observed so far.
so far i might have spotted possible walkers in east london on dundas st. i approached only one so far and she wanted a 50 for a cbj. didn't seem like a heavy user decent looking for a street girl. as i was still in disbelief and tried to negotiate, she did mention that she's on the clock and didn't want to talk anymore. what's with that?

Also i'm not sure what the going rate is for in-car stuff. back in b'more, you could get a bbbj from a crackhead for a 20. but here the streets are more cleaner and not really as much users walking around desperately.

any inputs/experiences are appreciated. please feel free to dm as well.
