I know that if you massage your tummy you can poop later. Which direction are you supposed to do it? I know if you do it "counter clockwise" it works, and if you do it the opposite way, it has a reverse effect; meaning you can stay constipated. But I cannot figure out which way "counter clockwise" is. Please someone explain it so that it's easy to understand. So if I am massaging my tummy with my right hand, and I massage it to the right starting in circles, is it the correct way? Well I did it this morning and now my stomach hurts Thanks.
