??Spinology?? Spine Modality

    My Irish brother-in-law is experiencing back pain from a past hang-gliding accident. Although not seriously injured, he still has pain after falling from the sky.  He has used "Spinology" while living in Ireland to relieve his discomfort. The description he has given me for this modality is a concentration of massage in the spinal area - ie lamina groove, etc..    Due to his relocation in a few months, I am on a mission to find out if this type of massage is available on our side of the pond. He will be in New York Citiy. Any information on this modality or any other that is spine related, please pass on to me. Both he and I will appreciate the information.

I can't seem to find any information about this modality.  I will continue looking and post here anything I find.

I have never heard of this, however, after reading the above info regarding the technique, I see that it is definitely non-manipulative, so he may benefit from a non-force chiropractic technique to give him something close to the same benefit.

I know it won't be the same as "spinology", but it may be of help.
