i have seen sophie, i would say she is okay. she has some enhancements, which feel very very very firm. and has a soft touch, which is great for teasing and the slow hj - but if you want a harder massage, you'll need to ask for it before hand otherwise it'll just be gentle brushes if thats your thing, she gave me a much firmer massage after the finish since there was time left on my clock.

it seems she also operates under a different name on macleod trail on certain days, i can confirm because ive seen her at both locations.

The first floor location at 1640 has always been a pass for me as it used to be a 'no shower on site' location. Now it seems to be operating like a coop with several therapists and healers availability on various days. Has the shop been upgraded? Any reasons to revisit?

Went for a quick check out / visit.
The place is right across from IVY massage . on the main floor
Met on OK to look at 40 yr old . She looked to be on OK shape. She would not tell me her name. Unusual ?? . Lobby was dim
A typical AMP with standard rates . Cant comment on the showers or massage quality . Did not partake
Maybe another day

I have been to this location several times over the last 3 years or so.

I have seen Jenny (the owner I believe) for legit very effective therapeutic massage quite a few times to help with an injury.

I have also seen the French speaking Zara for more of a relaxation style massage on a couple of occasions. Lots of oil with Zara.

I have received a nice light slow relaxing massage from Sophie one time. She only works weekends as far as I know. I have no knowledge that she works at another location on Macleod.

I have also received acupuncture treatments from Paula in the past but not for a couple of years.

The shop itself is tiny and there is no shower to my knowledge. The bathroom is in the entrance area and requires a key to access.
