IMHO it should be coder's job. You are the one who wrote the code and would know how it would work and you expect someone else to document, you see the end result in the picture above.

^ Then don't give them the deadlines. Project managers expect miracles to happen, we are also humans, not bots and we too need atleast 8 hours sleep at the end of the day. We have to speak to the analysts(or directly to the clients sometimes), create the design, then code it. work with the testers and finally fix the bugs, and they expect us to do all this with documentation working 8 hours in office :

Hah, while you poor programmers are off indulging yourselves, spare a thought for us Project Managers, trying to keep accountants off your backs, trying to get things running to schedule and scraping every solitary cent to ensure that budget is available to cover off the entire scope of works and the inevitable variations.. Then having to explain the details of the project to imbecile management & cretinous end-users who don't truly understand what they were asking for in the first place..................

Programmers should understand that often Project Managers are actually on your side.. :devil:
