Hi everyone,
I have a client who has asked me for some advice on how to improve the quality of his sleep, he dose not have a problem going off to sleep, but then he wakes up quite often throughout the night and this leaves him feelin very tired during the day.
He is middle aged and has retired early but he is often very active during the day. He has a healthy diet and does not drink much alcohol.
I would greatly appreciate any advice that I could pass on to him.
