Hi there everyone...
So I am just getting starting out in my massage career and I have noticed that most people want work in the shoulder (Scapula-Rhomboids-Iliospinalis TP's) region.
Sometimes it just feels like I'm digging in the same spot, all day long.
Is this helping them???
Does anyone have any suggestions about a good release for this region of constant pain and complaint vs. digging in and aggravating it further?
Any tricks that save your hands and help the client relax...
