Serenity Spa ...a disaster.

Last week, I went to this place as I was in the neighbourhood. Location was pharmacy and St. Clair. I did come here a few times when Tina was working there. That was 2 years ago. The experience was ok so why not, for old times sake. I also noticed the special discount before 12 pm. Perfect timing for me. Well that where the perfection ends.

The massage was non existent. The extras were offered but it was too routine and she wanted payment upfront. At first I complained where is the massage? Elapsed time was only 5 minutes. You got to be kidding me. She got grumpy and complained i got the massage discount of 30 instead of 40. I should be happy with the 5 minute lame slapping hand on the back massage. WTF! SHM. How am i supposed to enjoy this experience with you griping and bitching. Even the manager with the glasses intervened. Both complained. I was like WTF. Fine, just go ahead and the masseuse was all happy again. Still the service was crap. Ended too early bc i wasn't in the mood. I requested a shower and she said, there is no need. Really?

To sum it up, it was a disaster. Be warned of discounts out there. Why advertise it if you are going to bitch about it and not offer the massage you advertise.

Never again.
