I have been pondering this question for some time so thought I'd post on here to get some views.
What are the advantages of going to a salon for a treatment or a therapist who is home based. I have also wondered why clients choose me over a salon.
My views are: I've never been satisfied with massages from salons. My experience has been that the massage is light, and they have not focused on my needs ie. they are very mechanical and some do not carry out consultations. I'd rather see someone who can assess me as an individual and focus on problem areas like lower back pain etc.
Thanks
