Don't waste your money, those oil profiles are just pretty fairy tales.

I believe there is a CD from someone with a high reputation for quality information who has been around for years, his web site is:

Hi Melissa, I'm not sure what you are saying about the profiles.

They are pictoral representations of the chemical constituents of the oils aren't they ? - and it's the chemcals that give the oils their properties therapeutically so really not sure what you mean by fairy tales.

I have heard that the colour profiles don't work so well for blends , but for each oil they are pretty accurate.............

we all used these discs on our course and i found them to be very reassuring to actually see what you are blending rather than having to sit and do all the calculations to make sure a blend isnt too stimulating or too relaxing was very good and certainly improved my confidence levels when blending for clients, we had the disc in college too and i would always check with my tutor before mixing the blend, i dont understand the fairy tale comment? they are true representations of the chemical constituents arent they?

ive just looked at the link for the site provided and that is a totally different kind of disc yes RC does not include information on these discs they are purely for blending purposes only all of the other relevent information is contained in the book, but they are not fairy tale, i dont think they would be being used in private and public colleges across the country if they were.
