I've seen the same girl there who goes by Cindy for at least 2 years now. Who knows? Maybe it is the same Cindy you are referring to from years ago. The current Cindy is probably in her 30's, could be early 40's. It's hard to tell with the Asian ladies, especially with the lights down so low.
