TexAf64, LT+++ is the norm. The dude got up-sold for the world's most expensive CBJ! This is why I have stopped going there over the past several months; I think it's been over 6 months now. I got up-sold/shorted on service, and will probably never go back! LT++ should be, at most, an extra bill, preferably less. LT+++ should be no more than $1.4. I am a little baffled why this is a "Yes" recommendation IMHO. It seems like sub-par service at an incredibly high price. But that is why we have reviews, and to each their own!
