Refresher course help

I went and passed massage school three years ago had to move and took the test for my license but missed my two points. Life happened and am trying to work on relearning to take the test again. I tried looking at schools but they want me to take the entire program again. I would like to not do that if I can. Any suggestions would help. Thanks

Who wants you to take all of school again, Your State Boards, the National Boards or the schools you want to take a few classes at?

What state are you in? Maybe someone knows a way to get through the cracks.

I live in Florida, I went to massage school but I have been out of it for three years, I need to refresh my memory and I thought maybe the massage schools would help but the don't offer a refresher just to take the entire course all over and I really do not want to do that.

You can see if there area any study groups down there... or even start one of your own. It may help you a lot going through it with students who are looking to take their test soon, and have just finished school. I definitley would get a few of the exam books and just go through it. The schools are just looking to make money off of you... that is why they want you to take the program over again.

I am currently doing an excellent online refresher course from this site: http://www.medical-massage.org/

There are online test questions divided by subject, recommended books, online audio lectures and handouts. In my case, I'm studying for the NYS exam, but there is a section for the National test as well. I believe the fee is $125 for a few months.

If your budget doesn't allow for this option, there's another pay site of questions at: http://www.examreviews.com/ but the questions are from all over the place. This one is $20 for 30 days. I use this site for quickie review when I have a moment between sessions.
