reflexology treatment and body massage?

Hi all,

Can someone tell me is it ok to receive a reflexology treatment and a body massage on the same day? If yes, what would be the best order. If no, why?

Hi Marion[/align][/align]No problem at all, in whatever order you think in fitting to the requirements of the recipient, I use reflexology as a part of my full body massage thoughI use itmore to confirm what I have been picking up during the massage and treat the areas that require it, rather than a full reflexology treatment.[/align][/align]Most therapies compliment each other and can be mixed and matched, others like giving aromatherapy with homoeopathy would not work as the aromatherapy would cancel out the homeopathy treatment.[/align]
