Can anyone reccomend me a good reflexology book for beginners.

I have one by Ann Gillanders...Reflexology...The Theory and Practice, that was recommened by the college I did my training at...I no longer use it..you are welcome to it if you think it may help.

I have a really good one at home, i think it maybe pauline wills but i am not sure, the pictures are really clear with arrows on them so are great for beginners. I will have a look and let you know.

Hi, i'm looking for a good reflexology book also, I'm doing the VTCT course does anyone know if there is a book that follows VTCT moves, as I have seen a few and they all seem to be different
Hopefully I can put this on my prezzy list and hubby will take the hint, this is the first year ever that all i've wanted is books books and more books, how sad am I!!

There is a specific VTCT book and I think it is about £25.00.....Waterstones have it.

Angel, if you are doing ITEC there is the Introductory Guide to Reflexology by Louise Tucker.
I have several books....Eunice Inghams original books, Inge Dougans and the ITEC book but my favourite ones are the Chris Stormer books. He has some wonderful illustrations showing the whole body on the feet..........really cute and makes sense of it all for beginners.

Hi everyone

I have 2 great books now, the thing is, my local college isn't doing a beginners course in reflexology....only an advanced one. My tutor said she may be be able to get a course up and running if there is more than 12 people involved. I've managed to get 6 interested from the course I am doing now.......just hope the college can find another 6. Otherwise I can only learn from the books till I can do one.
