Reflexology? Any one tried this ?

Have any of you tried this ? I'm all for alternative medicine and think this might help with a lot of physical problems. I've been to site that has some info on it (reflexologyfootchart.net) but would like to get others opinions.

reflexology does work

each part of your foot represents a particular part of your body

for instance the four little toes represent your sinsuses
when these toes are rubbed you will notice your sinsuses began to open

the instep of your foot represents your stomach

Think about it: If massaging a part of your foot opened up your sinuses.........hold on! What am I even doing?!

If you think parts of your foot are connected to parts of your body and simply pushing parts of your foot makes other parts of your body move then you're mental, totally mental.

It's a foot massage. Nice and relaxing and if you get off on that kind of thing all well and good. It's not going to do anything for your sinuses or anything else though.

Yes, and it's amazing. It's easy to learn and use on yourself and others.
Anyone who thinks it's just a foot massage is seriously misinformed, closed-minded and hasn't had any real experience to make such a determination.
Regular MD's are not trained in alternative medical disciplines, nutrition or any other aspect of holistic health. Their stock in trade is referrals to specialists and prescribing drugs. Most of the time alternative treatments like reflexology are a whole lot cheaper $$ and more effective.
