Recommendations on comfort cushion pls.

Hi everyone... I wonder if any of you have any recommendations that you can suggest for me.

I have a great massage couch and the majority of my clients love it saying it is very comfortable. I do have one lady that comes on a regular basis and she mentioned for the first time the other night that she finds it uncomfortable on her breasts. She has a large bosom and when laying on her tummy she said her nipples were quite sore on the towels below. I gave her a pillow which she said was better but this raised her up too high for me really and I felt the rest of the massage didnt flow the same as I was uncomfortable.

Can anyone suggest a smaller breast cushion ideal for ample breasted ladies. I always cover my couch with towels, maybe I should have a sheet if the towels were rubbing?

I would appreciate your advice and thanks in anticipation.

I am big breasted and understand what your client is saying. I dont think it makes any difference between towels and sheets though. I use a fairly flat pillow both for me and my clients, I cant think that a pillow would make it too different for massage, she is going to be raised higher anyway because of her breasts - it is just a question of adjusting you massage and getting used to it.

also get her to try moving her breasts in different positions to get comfy before you settle into the massage. I usually throw mine over my shoulders
only kidding but make sure she takes her time getting comfy on the couch

I tuck mine under my arms!!!!

My friend puts a small rolled up towel under each of her shoulders when she has a massage.

However, I find that rollered up towels under the shoulders and a flat pillow below the breasts works just as well.

Thanks for your suggestions folks.... I have got a flatter pillow and will use rolled up towels under the shoulders if necessary. I will see how this goes.
