Recipe for face toner

Does anyone have a recipe including proportions for face toner , I have brought the rosewater, gyclerin and witch hazel, but can not find an actually recipe stating proportions of each required.
I would appreciate all advice

I'm not sure which skin type you want to make toner for, but if you doa Google search on "facial toner recipe" there are quite a few sites you might find helpful

Here are a couple of recipes for face toners not sure how good they are have not tried them myself yet.

Facial Toner
Ingredients:
[ul][*]1 oz. vodka[*]3 oz. witch hazel[*]10 drops Grapefruit[*]5 drops Tea Tree[*]5 drops Cypress [/ul]
Directions: Add all ingredients to a 4 oz. bottle and shake to mix all ingredients. Be careful when adding the essential oils. The first time you make this recipe, add only 10 drops at a time and test on a small area of your skin to insure no reaction before adding more oils to reach your desired strength. Shake the toner well before each use to disperse the oils.

and

Skin Toner

8 oz Distilled water
2 drops lavender
1 drop Palmarosa
1 drop rosewood

Pour distilled water into clean bottle and add essential oils. Shake then apply the toner to your skin with a cotton ball after cleansing. Shake well before each use.
