It’s not so much as finding a “place” it’s about finding a lady willing to help you out.
I’ve rarely asked for msog with a new girl, don't want to spook them the first time.
And yes, extra tipping always helps.

Most semi-legits and hour sessions, I’ll ask for a happy beginning (HB) , then enjoy a nice massage, then flip for the HE also.

Exactly! My favorite regular always asks and occasionally offers or just tries to give me a second on her own. The key is just pick the right regular which you do of course, because they provide you what you want. What I find works the best is book and hour and start off with HE#1, get a good massage, and finish like a regular session with #2. I find just about every MPA will accommodate that.
