3: Allure(Unfotunately my fav. spa 's talent has diluted and also the fact that I am a bit bored of seeing the same amazing girls over and over again. I think that it is a great time to hire a new hot blonde).

Folks- Thanks for the poll. Somehow, I thought that HFH has a best MPA and customer service attitude. They have lot of beautiful girls - and it seems that their girls are more experienced in Industry as compare to SRM. I was shocked when I saw Allure is number 3. Perhaps, Allure management should get some girls back from SRM and HFH.

Allure sets the standard for customer service.

SRM has the better (wider) selection of girls.

Allure's management runs a tight ship. A bit too tight as some liberties given to the mpa's in other joints have while those in Allure don't. For instance the girls aren't even allowed to order lunch and have their phones so I've heard. They are charged a monthly fee so the place can advertise. What is crappy is that they are charged a premium for having the debit card used when you purchase a session. The fee is not even to cover the debit, but an extra so that the mgmt can make some extra money. Now, please correct me if i'm wrong. While other places aren't as strict. IMHO the girls are only there b/c of the steady clientele. But, if you ask me the girls are what make the place, if one were to leave to even a more run down place, the customers will follow. So, why would you leave SRM with Joy as your boss, and go to Allure?

Much of what you said in incorrect and some is standard practice in the industry.
Though it is false that the girls cannot order lunch it is true that they may only use their phones for important calls only. This is so you are not made to wait for 15 minutes in the room while the girl is finalizing her plans for later that evening and so they may stay focused on their job. Many workplaces have a no cellphone policy and this is not that unusual.
Though I will not go into specifics I assure you that almost every spa has some sort of fee structure that is passed along to the MPA. This is usually so minimal that it is hardly worth mentioning.

Our girls are obviously happy where they are or they would go elsewhere. We have what is perhaps the lowest staff turnover rate in the industry and I think that says a lot about any business. Our staff appreciate working for a well run spa and are more than willing to give up some "liberties" if that's what you call being able to smoke and talk on your cell all night.

In the future you should try speaking to our current staff rather than getting all your information from disgruntled ex-employees with an ax to grind. And I assure you that same disgruntled employee would be back in a minute if we asked her to.

Thanks for the correction, but I think you're not telling the whole story.... Anyhow,,, you do run a tight ship and make money. Thats what a business does. I applaud successful business people. However, I'm not going to go into specifics as you don't go into specifics either.On waiting 15 minutes, in the room before the attendant comes, well, thats the usual, 10-15mins everywhere even at Allure (trust me, I have a lot of experience visiting allure and other spas). Well, you said that almost every spa has some sort of fee structure. Can you name them and tell me their different fee structures so that we may compare the advantages to working here or there. (you can pm me if you want and we'll keep it between us)

Now with liberties you are looking at the extreme cases where girls talk on their phones all night or smoke all night. Talking all night is different than talking for 2-3 minutes if there are no customers around.

Finally, the original email was to a guy who commented on girls leaving their current places to return back to yours. Allure is a clean place, girls can make money, but there are other places where they can make money and why would they leave. They wouldn't. I just pointed out somethings that the girls have found negative at Allure. Charging these "fees" for various things can open up a can of worms with revenue canada, and the girls being bitter. Won't go into details, but the girls don't need allure, allure needs the girls more than they need allure. That goes for every spa.
