Hi everyone,
A friend and I were having a therapy swap yesterday (we are both massage therapists) and I asked her to concentrate on my legs as they have been feeling quite achey recently (possibly from too much walking.) While she was massaging me we found that I had a few very specific tender spots on certain muscles, that were quite painful when massaged even lightly. It felt like they were bruised. They weren't hard or knotty. Neither of us had any experience of this before and as we are just holistic massage therapists it didn't come up in our training.
Just wondered if anyone can shed any light?
Thanks,
Mimosa
