Hi all,
I've had a client ring me today to say her right should has been in pain since having a treatment on Friday and I'm worried that I may have injured her in some way, although I can't see how, so would appreciate your thoughts.
A bit of background:
Client has arthritis in her neck and 8 years ago had an operation on the shoulder that is now in pain. Her shoulder has been stiff since I first started treating her through a charity approx 6 months ago but she has always been happy with the treatment saying her shoulder felt better.
***
This is the first time she has seen me privately and I carried out a full consultation and we agreed to a treatment plan where she would have minimal treatment on her neck. So I'm perturbed that she should now be complaining of this pain and restriction in movement. She also told me today that 3 years ago she had a massage and the same thing happened - I wish she'd told me earlier.
Anyway that's my story - any ideas??
Thanks
Wesam
