oil recommendation

HI

Can anyone recommend an oil that I can put in my baby bath and my bath for relaxation? Please note that my baby is nearly 11 months old and I have very sensitive skin and am still breast feeding.

I would use something like Roman Chamomile which is a very gentle oil and very claming but would mix it first with some milk so that it disperses better in the water.

yes, fuller fat milk if poss rather than skimmed, the oils in the milk help it to disperse...

Yes, would agree that chamomile or lavender or a combination of both would be good, but don't use more than about four drops combined.

great thanks for the replies and for letting me know about the milk - I only have semi skimmed and was gonna use that but I will use the full fat one - i take it I can use about a cup of milk to put the four drops of oil in? Is that what I do drop four drops in the milk and then put it under the running tap? or do I just drop it in the water?

You only need about a tablespoon of full fat milk or even cream, and yes just place it in the water x
