hi everyone! happy xmas to you all
i wondered if anyone can offer any advice/suggestions? i had a client in today who told me that since having a hot stone massage on her back that her lower left leg felt numb and she also has pins and needles but not all the time. could a massage have caused this? she is reluctant to have another massage.

I have this a bit in my left leg and it is invariably referred pain from a back injury I live with. I would always advise a trip to the Docs with that kind of pain or loss of feeling.

My doctor is very much in favour of physio and/or massage for my pains but a trip to the doctor would be a good idea before any treatment. Afterall its an undiagnosed condition.
