No hands style of massage

Hi everyone, i am comming up to my exams soon and i am looking to go on to Sports massage in Sept.

I understand that i will be taught other was to apply massage.

So the question is, will a no hands course teach me more than i will learn on the sports massage

Hiya

The purpose of NO HANDS is very different to the sports massage course you are planning to attend. NO HANDS is for qualified massage therapists only, so as long as you have sports / Swedish / aromatherapy, you can attend.

Sports is highly marketable and very specific and covers a wide range of specific treatments, I would say this is a great course to undertake.

NO HANDS is primarily designed to reduce your chances of RSI and to offer your clients a deep and (should be) pain free massage, it's a really lovely therapy and could safeguard your career, plus it feels amazing.

I would say, if you can do both, do both. They sit alongside one another but one does not replace the other.
