I want to get a massage don't know if theirs any preparation before hand and as of types of massages Im not sure if I want to get swedish or deep tissue, I want them to put some muscle in to it when they give the massage but I don't want it to hurt either. Also do they usually use massage oil while giving the massage? Any professionals who can give me some tips?

Ask for a deep swedish the first couple times, then from there you can start getting deep tissue. You don't want to get deep tissue for your first massage, trust me! You can always tell the therapist to apply more pressure. Drink plenty of water before and after, but make sure to pee right before. I can't tell you how many people I have had run out of the room to the bathroom wrapped in a sheet! Some places use lotion, some oil, and some gel. I personally prefer gel, but to each their own. Biotone is the best, so if that is what they're using, your probably at a decent establishment. Depending on the type of massage, they might not use lotion/oil/gel, but generally they will.

Wash your weiner real good right before and dont use any sprays or powder on it after. It tastes bad.
