Need last minute special care

Ok, here is the situation. I threw my back out yesterday and now I am in need of some TLC. I have read most, if not all the reviews of the MP's on here, but none have answered my question. I need a excellent rub down by a pro, whose can see me at the last minute, and maybe end with a tug. My issue really is not the release of tension, but the release of pain. Any suggustions? Please help.

I went to pick-up a box and heard a snap and sudden pain on Friday after the post. I went to the hospital and they told me I tore a ligament in my mid back. They gave me a shot of morphine and a bottle of perocet and bed rest, plus physio. So no one on the board fixed me up this time around. But I might sneak in a special rub and tug from one of the ladies on the board soon.
