Wow, that is quite a project! I'll try to help. First, I'll start with marketing techniques. Here are some things I have done - not a complete list, just off the top of my head.
Came up with a logo for my business and make that central to all advertising.
Made brochures & ordered business cards. Take them with me everywhere I go, in case the subject of what I do comes up.
For special events, I set up a booth and do chair massage at my usual rate, and have brochures & business cards to hand out to anyone and every one.
I have a sidewalk sign for chair massage.
Contact area chiropractors & hair salons about leaving brochures in their lobbies.
I attended a Chamber of Commerce members-only event on the invitation of a member, provided chair massages that evening and handed out brochures and business cards.
Visited senior centers, senior apartment complexes & nursing homes, offered to do a presentation and then developed individual programs to provide them with massage.
Made window clings on my computer for my car windows.
Made t-shirts & jackets with my business name & logo to be my uniform, and regularly appear in public wearing them.
Participated in a local hospital sponsored "spa day" for women, doing chair massage and passing out brochures & business cards.
Developed a website and advertise instant gift certificates online.
Send out a monthly e-newsletter for those who sign up to receive it.
** Hope that helps to get you started.
