national test for georgia and/or arizona

I'm living in ohio and plan to move to atlanta or phoenix. here in ohio, the board test is completely different. even the books they use (kellogg) and the name of the techniques. Can somebody tell me which kind of test arizona and georgia require for licensure (massage or bodywork)?
Also, which is the best book to use in preparation for the tests?

In AZ, obtaining licensure is done one of 2 ways:

1) you have to go to an approved school in the state and complete a 750hr program (the list of approved schools can be found on the az massage bored site). This is probably not the option you want since you already are a working therapist and have gone to school.

2) Pass the NCTMB exam
