Hi all,
has anyone had any myofascial unwinding experiences?
I am currently having myofascial therapy and would welcome anyone elses experiences on this highly interesting modality.

Yes... I do MFR and Unwinding. I have done most all of the John Barnes course including Unwinding and Advancerd Unwinding.... it's great stuff.

I unwind most all of my patients and have quite a few that comes solely for the unwinding emotional component as well as physical releases.

What would you like help with?
 
What exactly is Myofascial unwinding and what is it used for? I love learning about different treatments that may benefit my clients.
