Also, is the fee all in or is a tip expected?

Sounds like these are the places for you. Management at both discourage FS. No extra tip is expected.

Haven't been to Flirt in quite a while, but I've had fun there. Muse tends to get slammed here, but I've found a couple of gems there, and it's pretty much my regular stop in terms of the Toronto body rub parlours.

Never been to Flirt, but Muse is semi-regular for me as I have a fav there, but others looks interesting just never tried. Room is nice, always have SF2 there afterwards which extends the play time, only have semi legit there but that's what I am expecting.

My lady there has treats and men's products, so always nice, clean and fresh as a daisy when I leave the joint. Don't know what the rate is at Flirt but Msue has a $20 off special until end of January.
