An Edmonton massage therapist is facing two additional charges of sexual assault after more complainants alleged they were sexually assaulted at an Edmonton massage clinic.
In December, Edmonton police received a report from a woman who claimed she was sexually assaulted at a massage clinic in the Oliver neighbourhood. After investigating the allegations, police charged Christian Zeus Cabillan, 42, with one count of sexual assault.

In a Dec. 12 news release, police said they “believe there may be other complainants in Edmonton,” and asked anyone who thinks they were a victim of sexual assault at the clinic to come forward.
On Wednesday, Police announced two additional complaints of sexual assault at the clinic. Cabillan is now charged with two more counts of sexual assault, bringing the total number of charges to three.
The Canadian Massage and Manual Osteopathic Therapists Association (CMMOTA) also cancelled Cabillan’s massage therapy licence.
EPS believes there are still other alleged victims who have yet to come forward and encourage anyone who thinks they were targeted by Cabillan to contact the EPS at 780-423-4567. Anonymous information can also be submitted to Crime Stoppers.
